I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Dislikes

Working culture, height pressure for multiple duties on employees. Salary hold and the block to employees without paid salary. Management is too week and not any responsibility for employees. High pressure for continuous duty till 48 hours. Pressure to employees for work load and leave the job without salary. I also worked 25 days. Still not received my full payment.
