Being an single owner driven company, salary and appraisal are based on your work performance and sometimes face value. All the Top bosses are very good and well behaved. But you will not find any R&D for products here. So in terms of product development and personal skill development it is limited. Hence it also reflects in employees self development also.Here if you do your work properly then your job secure is 100%. Overall a good company to work for if you want peace in life rather than money.

No hunger for New Product development. And Trying out for different Marketing strategies. And most importantly No health insurance provided for your family.
