Decacan enterprises Ltd working with this company good but teammates are nit supportive and management is poor, company policies are bad coming salary and hike etc very very less.

Teammates and superiors politics and salary is very poor, no proper training to freshers no bond, no timings management put pressure to do overtime but not give pay for OT

work pressure is high, working hours are too much,salary and growth are no hopes in this company.appraisals are very low.management is selfish and they file the court cases while changing to other companies. totally useless and selfish company

Good work environment and culture payments are supported there is a hug safeguard area and gaming add for chilling company policy or good appraisals their and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and management does not address our SKU cell is decent but career growth is slow there is a born of two years before which you cannot resigned on the job training is not give it to new joinees
