Barring the editorial bosses, nothing in Deccan Chronicle is worth working for. Aditya Sinha, Sriram and Moses Kondetty were a delight to work with.

But the disgruntled owners led by the Reddys and the management that includes the likes of PR appointed by the Court Mamata, the HR head Sai, the accounts head Krishnayya are not worth their salt. They intentionally delay the salaries of their employees for years. They fired people, who were asking for their salaries. They lie. They don't credit salaries on time. Not a place to work for.

Its a good organisation, I get a good display for my stories. Employees are also supportive and co-coordinating.

There can be better competition with other newspapers. We do not have facilities like cafe, work from home, team games, get-together etc.

It gave me a chance to experience the newsroom environment. Though it gets hectic sometime but it makes you feel alive. Satisfied.

The company can still have a chance to correct their style of journalism but I'm afraid they would do so.
