Amazing organisation, well defined work roles which teaches true entrepreneurship to employees and amazing work culture . Lots of ladders ie domain wise or growth wise for career . Overall an amazing organisation to work with.

Work life balance was poor .Salary can be a bit better considering input working hours and physical demands of the job

...nce between the time work per week and the time you need to finish your stuff. In general the pay is good, the time is in a mean 25 h/w, 2 free days, 1.5 days of vacations for 1 month worked, good environment and you discover new sports.

Your contract is for hours, so, they actually can rest time each week if the sales aren't being the good ones. It's hard to get promoted.

...y call you for extra work and if you deny, then you are tagged as irresponsible. You are made to do overtime, without any extra compensation. Forgot your personal life if you want to work at Decathlon. I wouldn't suggest anyone to work at Decathlon. They usually hire students or freshers and they are exploited like crazy!

People are working inside the company, 90% of them are sports passionate, energetic while working, And most of them are sports enthusiast.

There’s lot of politics and the Mangment doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Appraisal depends on the bond between the managers and the employee it never depends on your work what you have done.
