Amazing organisation, well defined work roles which teaches true entrepreneurship to employees and amazing work culture . Lots of ladders ie domain wise or growth wise for career . Overall an amazing organisation to work with.

Work life balance was poor .Salary can be a bit better considering input working hours and physical demands of the job

Your contract is for hours, so, they actually can rest time each week if the sales aren't being the good ones. It's hard to get promoted.

Forgot your personal life if you want to work at Decathlon. I wouldn't suggest anyone to work at Decathlon. They usually hire students or freshers and they are exploited like crazy!
