If we are taking about dec so , iam giving a best point this company becoz it is providing me to a first job in Lucknow . And iam fully satisfacted with us . Overall the company profile and behavior is too much good and iam comfortable there . But i wana to join another company for my better experience and for the learn more... Deepak Kumar yadav ...

Actually dec is a contracted organisation so it is a big disadvantages for its employees , if its contract is over of giving date so the employee is job less for some days. Deepak Kumar yadav , Lucknow...
