Hectic work times , not so good for work life balance, you need to work more than your pay scale, your position may not be fixed as they use you in every sector

Nothing, waste, fellow ED,CGM, director, or any time harassment of staff and workers 12 hours working for all staff and workers. Every time, especially in ED and CGM politics, he doesn't know how to run a factory

MD is good, but ED ,CGM and Director Weste fellow

Top management are not under standing the right person view, they don't follow the Hr policies Statutory provisions which is very cost to the company. Recruitment is also bad. If any statutory authorities will visit the company, it definitely cost to the company. It is manufacturing industry but they doing like construction industry. Even they don' t know the provisions and systematic activities as per statutory provisions. Even they don't know safety measures. It is Hazards in some were. During my period it is very zigzag. HR Dept. only the right person to regulate manpower, expenditure and avoid statutory disturbance.

its 100 percent job secured company for those willing to work at DEC Industries. work culture at D E C industries is highly encouragaeble to self starters to upgrade skills and learn lot more. company policies purely based on ethics and morals.time

working hrs depends on project requirement and completion

It's ah start up they are provided me a good accommodation and food that's it

They are not even providing a data to the cost accountants like me what should we do they are not even supporting us to create the cost sheets
