...k at office. Management said you can do work from home as they kept trust on me. They have given full salary and doing my work under terms and conditions.

Dislikes

They are not releasing incentives on their words. Working environment is not like a corporate office. One of the Hdfc portpolio head is pressuring employee's and not giving full salaries who ever not performing well.

The management is giving better salary when compared with others. They give maximum of security for the employee as they can.

Dislikes

Different methods are used by the managers to complete the work. Some managers are working with the employees and some of them are not helping the employees in the work. The TL and the managers are not thinking from the workers point of view... Because of those i can't able to concentrate on my work...

Work timing is good, no stretching after shift time. Get salary on time

Dislikes

Senior co-worker behavior is not good. He was always try to make junior co-worker's impression bad in front of Manager and take the credit of junior's work and get appreciation. If it will continue then the Company will shut down

no incentive slab, salary isusse ,no hike for 3yrs , still incentive was pending and they given lot of reasons for that , have to improve the management with the best collection persons, otherwise the management was good md was great and his son Ravi also do a favor for their empoloyees , but manager and state head didn't support for the collection because they don't know the collections...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
