Bad work life balance, depends on team you’re working with, please don’t join IHOP or System, Bad work quality, female managers are worst, overall joining finance department is good rest is back end, freshers please don’t join only for salary and pursue interest rather, lot of torchure, less growth

Likes

Compensation and benefits are quite good. Has a good brand name and has opportunities to work with global stakeholders.

Dislikes

The work seems to be more applicable to the firm internally and might not be relevant outside of it.

Pros: 1. Good hikes and promotion 2. Delicious Food 3. Team outing, parties, yearly gifts 4. Work Life Balance

Dislikes

Cons: 1. Very less skill developmen in Tech Ops role. 2. Micro Management 3. Strict Hybrid policy where you can't get WFH if you have used 12 days of provided WFH 4. Cab facility is only from drop. This is difficult if you are living in Noida. ( For office in Gurugram location )

The people. Working with one of the sharpest and driven individuals working on some of the most complex problems for the firm. Ability to see real impact of the work given the smaller size of the firm.

Some of the decision making could be slow but the eventual output is always impactful.

samarth, kartik arora are such dumb**s people. they are so toxic. kartik is a big time bootlick*r and such a nepo kid. he is very different when it comes to the identity and image. no self confidence, no skills but still thinks of himself as a management consultant. he should first learn basic management skills. samarth makes the world a hostile place to live in. you cant breathe the same air as his. he thinks people should bow down to him just like kartik does but actually his arrogance shows his lack of real skill and basic humility. these people make life hell. kartik should leave the team immediately.
