I am working as a support staff in the IT team of this company. I am on a 3rd party pay role. It has been almost 2 years since I have been working here. I have learnt a lot by working here. I am doing good work for the company and will continue to do so. I hope I get a chance to move ahead in the company.

Compensation and benefits are quite good. Has a good brand name and has opportunities to work with global stakeholders.

Dislikes

The work seems to be more applicable to the firm internally and might not be relevant outside of it.

Salary, compensation, services, DE show as a firm is great but not sure about people and teams as it depends

Dislikes

Bad work life balance, depends on team you’re working with, please don’t join IHOP or System, Bad work quality, female managers are worst, overall joining finance department is good rest is back end, freshers please don’t join only for salary and pursue interest rather, lot of torchure, less growth

Pros: 1. Good hikes and promotion 2. Delicious Food 3. Team outing, parties, yearly gifts 4. Work Life Balance

Dislikes

Cons: 1. Very less skill developmen in Tech Ops role. 2. Micro Management 3. Strict Hybrid policy where you can't get WFH if you have used 12 days of provided WFH 4. Cab facility is only from drop. This is difficult if you are living in Noida. ( For office in Gurugram location )

Likes

The people. Working with one of the sharpest and driven individuals working on some of the most complex problems for the firm. Ability to see real impact of the work given the smaller size of the firm.

Dislikes

Some of the decision making could be slow but the eventual output is always impactful.
