No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?

In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

In this company there is no job security at all. Whenever they dislike people for their own interest they might fire you out immediately without paying salary. They can make you stuck in any critical problems of their own and make employers suffer nd kick them out . There are no policies r better culture to make employers safe and satisfaction. Owners are the dictators in this place . There is no security for any female candidates here. Totally a worst place.

Salary will not be paid in time. They can remove whenever they don’t like people r if they don’t listen to them. They keep personal grudges and torched the employees . Totally it’s a worst and hell to work.
