New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. ...Very Good Management, Flexible in a lot of ways. They appreciate your hard work. Great in terms of hikes and bonuses. Always paid close to 100% of the bonus every year during the last 5 years.

Dislikes

No Per Diem / Daily Allowance / Corporate Credit Card for Indian employees on visiting overseas locations. This is quite sad considering the same is offered for employees from other countries. Very few opportunities to work overseas. Even if you get one, they tend to offer lower salaries.
