Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Unethical, Unprofessional, Inhuman behavior by Indian Management. No sick leave and harsh behavior by Indian Management. Indian office has become their personal home for Indian Management. Very very Unprofessional. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

Good environment in work.management and teammates are very supportive.company policies are well and good. Salary appraisals are average every year. Satisfied working with DeLaRue.
