Nothing to be liked about this school.Its a trap.Dont join.Your life will be hell.All in-charges including Principal and chairman are strange people.Dont know about education or HR.

Time, salary, Principal, ..if you resign, they start giving you salary as per per day.

The school is open to innovation. The Principal and management very well knows how to utilize yours strengths. I used to get appreciated in front of others on my achievements which used to boost my morale.

A big NO.. if you are planning to go there as a teacher...there is no work life balance for teachers...teachers do the work till 5 or 6 o'clock in the evening though the timing is 3 o'clock for teachers. So much politics is there ...you will never know who is doing what behind your back..you can be fired without getting any prior notice without any reason...they try to make excuses when you ask them the reason to discontinue your job. Employee does not matter there ...only the work matters....there is no job security...think twice before joining that school

The infrastructure is good.

The working environment is so poor for teachers that one would start feeling suffocated. Even the genuine problems of workers are not solved. Instead they are sent back by giving unnecessary motivational lectures. There is work Culture or ethics at De Indian Public School.
