✖️ No Appraisals and Monthly paiso me bhi both nukta cheeni. It's been 2 years since I join. Nothing. ✖️ Worst Worst Worst work Culture I have ever seen. You are under cctv surveillance 24x7 and makes useless explanations that has nothing to do with your work. The management and back office team is so rude. You will feel it as as saas bahu serial rather than an office. No difference if you are a senior or junior. If your want to work in a saas bahu serial, go for it. If you want to learn and grow, please trust me do go not even in interview. ✖️ You are not allowed to use your phone, you have to put your phone in the locker, in the morning and you can only touch that phone your off timings.(and that too is under cctv surveillance) ✖️ The comuter hardware they use is 10-12 years old and slow af ...which makes it much more difficult to use and wastes your time as a professional. But the project they want from you is on time ✖️ Your computer system is also under surveillance, they have a dedicated team who are onto you, that has no relation to your project/ work ✖️ They force employees to write a positive review of the company. Your can check Google reviews, there are around 90 employees in the office and around 85 review

If you want to ruin your career and has no interest in maintaining your dignity and confidence only then you join this company. I can write novels why not to join this company but in brief i want to say save yourself.

Guidance. Manager supporting. Currently m working with CEO of the company Mr. Sukhvinder singh and he guided me in every single step..he help me to improve my skills everyday. He gives new opportunities to me so that i can learn new skills. I never feel uncomfortable with him. He respects his all employees and i respect that.

As such there is nothing to dislike. My experience is good here.

Many of injustice.. Many of slander.. Little of care.. Little of respect .. The only factor to be successful in this bad work place is how strong your personal relations with your managers and if they love you so you will win.. if not so you will be fired without any pre-notifications,
