This company takes only currently pass out students. At m/c operator level... There is no carriage growth no salary growth nothing to learn...

Good work environment and culture.Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years and the job training is not given to new joinees

Here is only one thing to like that is work life balance. No body will force you to do work after work hours.

...olitics is that 50 people's. Everybody is pulling each other's legs. That's all. Salary structure is low as compared with market rate.
