Salary package is low, salary revision does not take place as per job profile. Deduction of salary is out of the world as per the package take home is less

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you can not resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Compensation part is good if you are a performer you are appreciated. Senior management PPL are approachable and you can seek help from them.

Dislikes

No standard hiring process( e.g profile which is open for MBA graduates one fine day u see they have hired a plus two guy and filled the position) this spoils the environment. Exit procedures are the worst they can hold and deduct ur FNF as per their will no justification given no transparency...I will say lack of structure,it is more of sole proprietor company they do things as per their will and wish. I will say it is good for fresher and under qualified if u are experience with higher education this is not right place.

Multitasking staff is low paid. KRA not given while appointment.

On time salary, Increment, Kind MD, Understand work as well personal problem, Best organisation..

Authority given to bulshit HODs don't in now how to speak, MD also cannot take action on him, they are helpless, So tech.perosn leaving this organisation, No one want to work under him as well Not ready to join DDECOR, Insulting & dominating all the time..worst peosn.
