...y where. No doubt I got set back also. How ever the experience is tremendous. Successfully signed 12(3) settlements with the workers unions for Wage and Bonus for the duration of 5 years. I like to go forward in the midst of struggles.

...eers to learn process but the management is very worst and too much of politics. Even opeartors got high salary when compared to engineers here.

...d room facilities in the company itself. Coworkers are friendly and cooperative. Salary is good but not enough for experienced candidates.

The dislike about the company is that they are trying to decrease the employees count and stop the hiring process for years because of COVID. Company workers have to blindly follow the top management. The workers are said to be permanent only they worked as a Trainee level for nearly 5 years. Work life balance is average and can't expect for any salary hike.
