    DCM shriram is focus on values of company ethics. all festival enjoy at company level very well. joining process is very smooth, even induction program interesting, growing company so learning opportunities very high. all colleague are very supportive. Management level facilities are very attrective. No any objection on taking leave

    ...work will disturb your all personal life schedule even your mental stability. Bus service is not upgraded, canteen facilities is on contract so you have to pay high amount and food quality is very poor. HOD behavior's is not in favor of engineers, argue with us even on small thing infront of everyone like helper, rigger, fitter, contractors. we have to feel shame every time. most important thing is appraisal, Only GET have best option to get higher n higher %. normal person get very less even with promotion. 10 years of GETs level and 10year of non GETs are ultimate difference at the end in terms of personal and financial growth.
