...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Company policies good, Fair appraisals, and good pay hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Lot of politics, Old employees not ready for using new technical, management and it skills. Management not addressed our issues.

The company offers free transportation. You can get also a good food at very cheap rates cost about 4 rupees. The tea time and lunch available on given time no delay. Pressure is less on workers. Increment is good. You can got leave easily in this company.

Dislikes

The company hires diploma engineers through placement for two years. And after completion no diploma engineers got confirmation. The salary for freshers is not good. The seniors nothing shares to fresher for skill development they just give you one work and go through that every day. Managers are not behave well they do politics.

This is the very good industry to learn to teach and to share your experience. This is the company where the values of the peoples are being taken care.

Dislikes

Job attrition rate is very high which is creating Uncertainty and loss to the company. LOW growth rate.
