Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

dCipher gives you a lot of freedom in terms of benefits they provide to the employees like WFH, salary structure, holidays and leaves etc

Dislikes

dCipher should expand their client base to more companies so that there is enough choice for the employees.

Permanent WFH allows you to manage your time more efficiently and flexibly. Working with well-established product based clients is another positive. Working on latest tech-stacks has nourished my skills and couldn't have asked for more. Compensation, benefits and appraisals are inline with your expectations. Also, the team is quite friendly. Such work culture is rare to find and I believe, it's one of the key factors for progressive mindset.

1. No hierarchy, very transparent communication as you can talk to Director directly 2. Work and skill is respected 3. Quality of work is amazing, as the focus is on Product development 4. Flexible work location - Never forced to be in office

Dislikes

Company is still growing so do not expect MNC kind of working style. Everyone is responsible/owner of their work.

Excellent work culture, work from home is the new norm, and they are into it for quite some time, even before the other companies caught on post covid. You get more things done in less time and spend quality time with your family and friends
