This company is continuously growing,and company has gud staff in hospital and head office also, I m working for 4 years I did not any complaint and I felt comfortable always in this company and most important now days this company giving and taking audit and meeting with staff.I like this

Not coming salary on time,and because of company has more branch's thats why company transfer to any branch's to staff,I don't like this rule thats why I cant feel. Secure job in same hospital.

There is some religious grouping ruling in this company and they are interpreting to others for doing their job. They people are not love with company they are manipulate to higher authority about his grouping and higher authority is not watching this closely this is not good for company future and reputation.

Hi.....I am working with DCDC since last 3.5 years and I found it a very good place to work in. Once you enter in the organisation you will have complete knowledge of dialysis field in 2_3 months. Management is very friendly with employees....and is very supportive. We work on the principle where our patients come first and then our employees. Proud to be a part of DCDC Family.
