...give on birthdays and even for that they shout at HR why you’re wasting money. They pay some employees more under the table and to others salary cuts. I would say for time being if you want, you can consider to join here but not long term.

Nothing to like in this company. There is so many processes to follow for single order. Some people want to follow process and some people don't want to follow process. In this scenario it's very difficult to process orders. I have to sit late for 2 to 3 hrs every day. There is no personal and professional growth. I had worked in Operation department and operation manager's behaviour towards employees is not good. There are some peoples in Ops dept who is working as operation manager's "Chamchas"

It was really great experience. I have learnt alot in DCC. Other colleagues are also very helpful. Management does look at employees need and facilities.

Dislikes

Everything is good. Management should allow non veg food in the pantry or atleast make space for employees who eat non veg.
