It is government job the security is good but the salary income is low. All the colleagues are done very well and they are more supportive to me. The work culture also very good it's able to travelling easily from home to bank. The management is okay but not.They give incentives every year it is good. On the job they give online or offline training classes it's good to me.

Dislikes

The salaries are very low and they have no hikes or bonuses.They give festival advances but they deducted it from salary.The career growth is very slow. There is a lot of politics for giving opportunities. There is a bond of 2 years before you cannot resign the job if we are resign the job you can paid the amount and resign it.

This bank is growing slowly and adopting new technologies related to banking sector. Staff and management of the bank are good and supportive. I takes knowledge about banking operations and getting new skills related to bank from my work experience. I am giving my excellent performance in my work.

Dislikes

As I said this bank growing slowly so this bank taking long time to change their service process and product which customers needs urgently e.g customer want fast service from bank but this bank not able to give fast service because of new technologies which are not available in bank. Here is mostly near to retirement staff are available so they are not able to adopt new technology and that's why bank is unable to proceed fast.
