Work culture is very poor. pressure will be built since day one. Their products are very limited but their expectations are very high. You need to have a lot of references to survive in this bank.

The work culture is really good There are company events and parties almost every month Really good training program Very supportive managers

...ng at month ends You may have to stay at the branch the whole night to disburse your case Credit team is very slow Half your salary will be gone in travelling

Company Bank health insurance policy for employees is GOOD Bank H R is Good then other co.

Salary package are low and there Expectation high Bank expation are higher it's very difficult to survive long time there there lot of work pressure on employees as we know DCB is not famous Name ( brand name) in the market

I am very thank full for our superiority & colleagues where I had learnt many things in terms of product & policy. I have reached target vs achievement.. Maintain good relationship with superiority in order to response, co ordination and support etc..

Our bank paying 49% fixed pay which is very less compensation.
