Honestly.. I don't like anything about DBS MINTEK PRIVATE LIMITED Company

No job security, politics, salary issue and they deduct salary for no reason. Uneducated team leaders and they will force you to work extra hours.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.this is the dislike about working at dbs mintek

...pulsory for a Co. to register under EPFO where there are more than 20 employees. No incentive provided but they will brag about it at the time of interview and at the time of salary they will provide end less reasons as to why they deducted your salary and will delay incentive. They won't provide you offer letter, the HR over there are not at all professionals, no id card, even the login id you get to login is on someone else's name but not your's.

Salary gets credited on 15th. Incentive is promised but you won't receive it with the salary and when you raise complaint about it they'll ignore and change the terms and condition of the incentive structure so basically you won't ever receive your incentive money but the TL and the floor manager will keep that money with themselves as it comes in their account first and then yours.
