WORST in simple word. No lending loans but they need Insurance. Unfair. Based on the stars i gave above is about the new company. Their idea only to lend huge loans of min 1 crore. They don't worry about salaried and middle class people. This bank is only made for Singapore people and not Indians.

...etain for more than 10 years we get nothing. We retain business and customers. Honestly I'm a good working IBA staff who is still getting 2012 salary. Just think 2012 spend and 2022 spend ratio. More than triple. Very hard to run life in DBS. WORST MANAGEMENT TOO. Not supporting hard working staffs

Apart from having work life Balance due to low numbers nothing is worth appreciating. You will have regular teams calls on bank holidays just to satisfy seniors ego. No value additions or support from seniors and they are only busy managing managing giving them rosey pictures and sucking blood of ground staff and making them feel unworthy

...Juniors are not guided and given due respect they deserve. No skill development. If you want good salary and want to use DBS as a jumping stand then join and leave

DBS follows rules, that's great. Employee benefits are good, but not the salary.

...ashroom or tea break. Work work work finally it turns to stress and unhealthy. DBS won't give salary as in market.

There is one person who takes main Chennai part wants to hire his own friends from other bank and advices others to take care of their health ie., The employee should resign on their own if not he will give mental torcher especially to women workers. He want to become CEO in short without hardwork.

Horrible work culture. Bad work environment. Pressure tactics that are unfair. No management vision or larger direction from top management. No growth and professional development roadmap for employees. Avoid working here. Waste of time and energy
