...ly working on major projects in India. But salary n appraisal problems are here. They are not providing on time salary n allowances. Work pressure is always here. But company is good for freshers.

Dislikes

Management is worst. They are puttiing too much pressure on employees. People come here for experience n learning and after some times they left due to management.

Likes

1. They take freshers(at very low salary) 2. We can learn many things (because they send u alone to do most of the work) 3. They taught us Time management (apart from working weekend and everyday 10 to 12 hour, they expect employees to do remaining work back in home also) 4. Dbm has big projects

Dislikes

Very low wages and no safety policies for field employees. No allowance at time always late. No proper management. No proper accommodation.

There are multiple learning chances. You can see growth in yourself.

Dislikes

...e about DBM. Your job is not secure at all, no matter on which position you are. If you have high CTC then forget your salary for months. Payment is simply irregular. You would never receive an appreciation e-mail/ letter from team/HRD/management.

Good but not good salary is not much but ok ok and 1 thing is good of this company for employees that company will pay theirs railway pass share auto rent and if people stay after office hrs they provided snacks also that's all Very good excellent company in geotechnical field
