Company HR behaviour is very good with employees. No any salary deduction issue. Working environment is better for skills development and growth.

Dislikes

Canteen facilities not good and also canteen staff behaviour.

Likes

Top management is very much cooperative and belive in it's employees strength and delegates ownership felling to it's employees.All facilities are free such as transportation and food that is very good.

Dislikes

No policy of salary wages. Discrimination of salaries. Here some employees are deprived /ignored intensely by the middle management or HRD on the ground of personal biases. Good level wise salary policy required. But there is no such policy and employees are highly dissatisfied because of HR negligence. Lower level employees are paid higher salaries as compre to senior level it's a reason of frustration amoung employees.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
