Message I would like pass is better lay off current fake manager from Belgaum branch as well as one female employee who is puppet for manager ,otherwise wait and watch

No single good point to say about this company.Most of the employees are non engineering background like current fake managers.Both the managers from Mumbai and Belgaum are working as PUPPET for CEO.Because of both are getting scolded from CEO that is what he is keeping them.No talented employees are would like to work for long term despite being local employees.If you dont have talent then this is place to make your career.Because you will be part of donkey crowd.99% glass door original feedback will be removed by paying them.Only they will keep good one which is actually fake one.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
