If you need a hike, you need to put up resignation. For the upper management, salary is huge in the bracket of 30 to 60 lakhs but for the entry level, earning 7-8 lakhs will be quite difficult if you stay here for long. 6. Fake "Great Place To Work". They will make you to give 5 star ratings so that they get this certificate. 7. If you tantalize your senior, you will get good grades. And your HOD will always reserve the best grade for himself without assessing subordinates. 8. Comp off gets expired within 30 days 9. Poor plant canteen service. You have to pay 80 rupees a day for 3 meals. No reviews. 10. No whistleblower policy. You will not be heard if you raise any flags against any type of corruptions. Basically the plant is stable due to the long PPAs. Management always is looking to sell out the plant so they doesn't care for any well beings of the employees. First T*ata came to buy it but negotiation did not get succeeded. Then A*dani came but owing to the Hindenburg issue and what not, the deal got stuck. The management always tries to sell out the plant. I worked there for 5 years. They recruit juniors than us with better packages. This will make you leave the job. I have seen many deserving colleagues who gets frustrated and leave. So no this is not a "Great Place to Work". Only thing is good is that they disburse salary timely. That's it.

Sometime I feel when we compare the salary structure with other companies.At that time a little bit dilema on our mind .Otherwise all are supporting.Specially our HOD's.

DB power Ltd company is one of best power sector in India. Because I am working about 11 years.And our Plant is running smoothly.
