Working with Dainik Bhaskar Group is a really like NIGHTMARE. Zero work-life-balance and personal life. They pressurize employees on the pretext that, since they're media group, their shortcomings would not be highlighted and even if, anyone tries to, won't be action upon by the concerned authorities (both inside and outside), and this proved to be a fact too. Company policies are never shared with employees and upon demand employees are threatened and thus, whenever required, company uses the policies at its own whims and rhymes against the employees. No job security. Red Tapism is very high. Management does neither work for the welfare of the employees, nor listens their concerns. Only suppression of employees. They do not respond to employees communication (be written or oral). Even the Top Management/Promoters do not respond to any such concerns. Have faced it!!! Everything written here can be provided with evidence, if ever required by anyone.

Teammates - People do not work like a team. It's only politics, Training - Zero, Job security - Zero, Career Growth - Negative, Salary/Appraisal - Nill/Lease, Travel - fine, Politics - Very High, Learning - One can learn how to remain alive in nightmares, Work Environment - Unprofessional, Innovation - Nothing, Work-life Balance - Negative. Feedback/suggestions given being a Professional and seen the situation for almost 2 years.
