I like most of this company is work culture and environment is very much awesome. The staff and colleague is very much helpful .

I dislike about the job security . this company don't have so much project in India and they terminated the employee without any reason. In this company, those person who work for third party then DB company didn't provide any type of facility and the DB senior authority member is all are bull shit person ,they didn't response your mail and they didn't help you.

Had a good experience in DB last almost 6 years. Enjoying the work.

Nothing to dislike in DB. But, one thing I have to mention over here, DB has started some perk facility for working extra hours after the office time. I am working here in last 5+ years and there will be almost weekly 10 extra hours had given to the company and still continued. so, something benefit has to be there in the contract. This is my personal opinion.
