In company I like most is here your senior always train you and support you in every situation

I feel worst in the company that here the work of the employees is not done in a time and here diploma students are also kept on contract.

Very less engagement in daily work, due to less business in company (India Plant)

There is lot of gaps to deliver the HR policy to employees, less business, senior management has no future plan for new business targets.

Started working in Dayco from August 2018 in program management department. Learned a lot, Team is too cooperative and supportive, you can learn to an endless extent. My reporting was to PM-GM ,a great Boss one should work with, Will also stand as a backup support in your success and failure.In every aspect it is a very good company one should work with.
