Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Here I build up my confidence. I love the enviorment where I teach. Learn how to become very punctual about my work which helps me alot in my future. I learn how to takle people in parents teacher meeting which was so difficult for me in my life but now it's very comfortable. How to do team work with people which we don't like.

I don't dislike anything in my work place I love to become a teacher I love to learn new things but I m from middle class family so I have to earn more and more but in this school my salary is very low. I don't care about salary and the place where I do my job but because of my limitations or need I dislike the salary factor..

It was good experience there. I am satisfied with my staff and my principal corporation.they treat us like family not employe.no salary issue there it is always on time.and I learnt one thing we are not perfect our students make us perfect.if you are capable to do something new and it really creative,school provides all things you need.i respect my school and their staff.
