Good work environment and lot of new learning everyday. company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

work load is more but mental health is not maintain properly. In case of resign, there is no rejoining policy.

There is too much toxic atmosphere there. They don't stay on there words. They will appoint you for the designation but will make you work for other works also which u are not supposed to do. There is huge workload

i had bad expierence in working in Icu specially neuro nd medical icu their staff and specially incharge use abusive langauge to thier staff and taunting the staff in front of patient's attendant. they always do partiality and no action taken by authority nd management .this thing i dislike so much

They are following proper rules and regulations and protocols, which have been set for the institute.

Dislikes

Some Unwanted restrictions and workload for staff. No overtime and in some departments no compensatory Off for overtime and holidays.

I really had the worst experience....i came as a fresher and had a really heart breaking experience ... poor management system...they don't provide you training and will directly send you to ICU'S....The senior nursing superintendent is so rude...They will never understand your problem and will force you to work according to their wish irrespective of your work experience.

I wish no one would come here ever
