i had bad expierence in working in Icu specially neuro nd medical icu their staff and specially incharge use abusive langauge to thier staff and taunting the staff in front of patient's attendant. they always do partiality and no action taken by authority nd management .this thing i dislike so much

I liked working there as a team. It develop my skills in my profession as this company use innovative technology devices for diagnoses and treatment. I really liked to work with my teammates but unfortunately I resigned because of personal reason. I really miss all

Work pressure especially during night duties as staff do not have permission to take nap or to relax even for few minutes. We continuously have to work for 12 hours during night duties.Day shifts are also very busy. There is always shortage of nursing staff but they always blame them in case of any miss happening
