DAV is a good school as in this pandemic situation too it's giving salary to teachers though being a school charging least fee in navi Mumbai. Teachers getting salary very late and in instalments but no regrets as they know fee structure of school is not strong and parents are not paying that also in this pandemic.

Dislikes

There is no system of professional growth like promotions . That is the only thing I dislike.

The embedding of Vedic Culture along with Anglo Education System.

..., the non permanent staff has to appear for interviews at the end of every year. The appraisals, salary, contracts are affected. They can also discontinue your service even if you had been working there for more than 3 years.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues,salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The salary is average but the management is horrible they don't make anyone permenant n after one year they remove d candidate saying that their interview was not good so that they don't hv to increase d salary next year....they are business minded...N d interviers who come ask all invalid n personal question which is not required to be asked during an interview.....check d candidates knowledge don't judge them according to their personal life.... No matter how much effort you put it is of no use....You have to stand for the whole day ...u are not allowed to sit in class.....out of 8 periods a teacher is standing for almost 7 periods at a stretch....very inhuman behaviour....

I just hate d management n d principal of d school

Job was secured but poor work culture. Colleagues were not supportive. Boss was only focusing for his salary and not the employees.

Dislikes

Very bad experience. Not a singke chance of growth and poor administration.
