New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

I did work here only for one year but I can say this was best job. Perfect work culture, teacher student relations, teacher teacher relationship, everything was awesome.

The problem was there less salary and insecurity of job. They always free their staff before the session ends. It's very tough to survive in such conditions.

All teaching and non teaching staff is cooperative..I have worked 5 years here ..There is no problem related to teachers , completing syllabus,other co-curricular activities.. ,Discipline.I have learnt many things about life balance here ..I had joined this college since 2009..Thanks to DAV for all memories..And valuable life teachings 😊☺️

There is very interesting job for me. I liked so much to do work at D.A.V Girls Inter College. The staff were supporting. The management were also supportive for teachers and students. There made some rules by management and everyone had to follow it. So the culture is also good. When I did work their, I couldn't insecure about my job because I gave my best in D.A.V Girls Inter College.

Staff of our computer Dept are very cooperative and all are well qualified. Their labs are fully equipped with latest technology. I recommend to all to take admission in this college.
