They will treat us like a school kid and they won't even allow to use phone or speak with our colleague inside office. 4. You have to sign 2 year bond. 5. No work from home option. 6. If you not perform well they will fire you immediately without prior notice. 7. Alternative Saturday is working day

The starting period is harsh and poor performance will lead to immediate termination without prior notice, salary is low, you also have a bond for 2 years where if you leave on your own you will be asked to pay 1 year worth of your salary for resignation, basically first 2 years you are stuck there unless you are fired.

Good company to start a carrer in data analytics. The company is a small micro management company that is usefull in getting a good position in the company faster. The pressure is very light comparing to other IT companies.

Dislikes

The benefits are a lacking. Almost non exsistent.
