Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

It's good to start for beginners as SAM analyst and learning also good.

Dislikes

1.They will provide very low salary only 2. Due to smaller environment you will be under moniterd. 3. They will treat us like a school kid and they won't even allow to use phone or speak with our colleague inside office. 4. You have to sign 2 year bond. 5. No work from home option. 6. If you not perform well they will fire you immediately without prior notice. 7. Alternative Saturday is working day

If you want to learn about Software Asset Management, Licensing of various ISV and audit defence the. It's the single best place to start your career, former colleagues are in large Big4 companies thanks to the learnings from Datumlyze.

Dislikes

The starting period is harsh and poor performance will lead to immediate termination without prior notice, salary is low, you also have a bond for 2 years where if you leave on your own you will be asked to pay 1 year worth of your salary for resignation, basically first 2 years you are stuck there unless you are fired.

Good company to start a carrer in data analytics. The company is a small micro management company that is usefull in getting a good position in the company faster. The pressure is very light comparing to other IT companies.

Dislikes

The benefits are a lacking. Almost non exsistent.
