Inki salary itni kam hai ki soch kar hi ghussa aa jaye. *Drone banwane ka kaam karwa rahe hain, par salary bilkul minimum deti hai*. Sabse badi problem to yeh hai ki interns ko full-time employees ka kaam karwaya jaata hai. Aur guess what? Unhe paisa bhi nahi dete! Full-time role ka kaam, kam paisa, aur interns ko bilkul nahi.

...te hain, upar se interns ko toh bilkul free mein kaam karwate hain. Double scam! Interns ko hire karte hain full-time role ke liye, aur phir unko salary dena bhool jaate hain. Yeh company employees aur interns dono ke saath dikhawa kar rahi hai. Agar apna career aur time barbaad nahi karna, toh Datum Advanced Composites se door raho. It’s a scam from every angle.
