100% no chance to say any likes in the company

Dislikes

...ying no to him. If he/she says so like that they will be terminated immediately. Salary is very low according to the current IT Standards. No good amount of hike is given to the employees. The delivery lead will die for Productivity. WFH options are only for relatives. No positives in the company. If you are employed in the company kindly learn your language strongly and seek offer from other company and leave the company.

Dislikes

Partiality for everything, Friendly company for management family members only. Rude behaviour from delivery manager.Team lead members are filled with family members.you dont even get a opportunity to work in a live project unless you are their family members. Team lead doesn't have sufficient coding or technical knowledge.even for the emergency leaves we need to compensate.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
