Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Honestly, I didn't like this company at all. The company is okay to work with but I really got frustrated with the work-life balance in this company. The higher management is really blind and cannot see the loopholes in the company. They don't trust their employees and highly believes in micro-management stuff.

Dislikes

The work culture is terrible. They believed in Hiring & Firing. In 8 months 10 team members got fired for no reason. They have HR team just for show-case. In reality, they are the puppets of the Delivery managers. The India office is very good and the Manager also quite good to work with but people in US office is terrible. Specially the manager under which I had worked. There is no job security with this company. You may get fired anytime for no reason. The future of this company is not certain as the higher management gets frequently shuffled up in every quarter. You should forget about work-life balance here. You may get a call anytime for work regardless its holiday/weekend or personal holiday. You will be forced to work in all the condition. As per my ex-manager, I can only apply for a holiday if I'm admitted to a hospital, otherwise, I can't.

There is no strategy or business development plan ... Moreover company is following hire and fire culture . So job security is null
