...sonal ego, he runs a business. treated employees just like a money making slave. People were not given variable pay. no hike. worked for more than 12 hours everyday during the week and over the weekends. The business and technical acumen you have earned over the years before you join this company will be lost. u will just loose your brain. no professional growth. you can't upskill in side to join another company as you will be working 24*7 just to earn peanuts.so freshers don't join even for the sake of experience certificate. quarterly layoff. Product is not required so nobody is excited to pay for this company.

It's good previous very employee friendly now it's a mess unnecessarily targeting employees and removing benifits and making mandatory regulations which are not previously there

Higher management like managers always try to find mistakes in employee rather than finding solution , they will play blame games on others who are lower than them rather taking ownership,no work life balance , no hikes , no rewards , no recognition

Dislikes

Lack of professionalism is leading to a toxic environment to work. Not getting appraisal inspite of work allotted. Managers try to micro manage the situations. Very pathetic work life balance.

I started my journey from here,employees are good culture also good and i learned much more from here.

Dislikes

After working everyday and weekend also without taking any leave continuously as office requirement but after working, giving too much effort i got INR 1800 hike.this is depressed me.now am feeling why i did that much work??
