Guys please do not join this company, here work life balance is null. We have to definitely work 9 hours a day. No pre-planned leaves. Even if you inform before a month also. Managers will complain for unknown reasons without evidence. If you ask any reply they will involve top level management and ask us to submit resignation. Here many clients are going from datavail but no new client is joining. They will call you block the access of your laptop abruptly.

Salary structure is absurd. No leaves, no personal life. No job security

...upportive. HR policy is waste. Pathetic Admin Unnecessary Infosec intervation. Salary and other reimbursement are not as per market standards. No pick and drop. Bad food quality in night shift. Limited parking.

Worst place to work in, no work life balance, no proper increment/appraisal/ promotion, no one is ready to hear employee issue/ grievances. Too much of politics and regionalism, company is not even providing basic facilities in office such as canteen or car/bike parking!!

Opportunity for growth. Good salary and other benefits. No extensions of shift time. Easy to crack interview even with little subject knowledge. Hassle free reimbursements

Dislikes

Team members are not intrested in helping new members. Percent appraisals is way too less, about 2-3% Manager doesn't give importance to genuine issues related to women's safety. No appreciation for long term hardworking employees thus the employee exit percentage has increased. Managers upfrontly askes you to resign even if the issue could be resolved easily.

Compensation is very less when compare to market. Manager support will not be there to regularize the compensation.

Fusion HCM consultants will not be treat as IT however the salaries them considered as HR
