Once up on a time the environment is good and there is value for employee. Later on management has changed and came up with lot of policies which was impacted on employee salary and befits. Last but not least worst management which don't have minimum concern about employee. I worked with Datavail for Three years. But I have not got any career opportunity or a hope that I will grow in the company. They just made people to donkey work I is to work for 13,14,15, some time like 24 hr's. They wont hesitate to ask person to come in morning shift or 2nd shift who has done his night shift. I wont recommend talent minds here....

Guys please do not join this company, here work life balance is null. We have to definitely work 9 hours a day. No pre-planned leaves. Even if you inform before a month also. Managers will complain for unknown reasons without evidence. If you ask any reply they will involve top level management and ask us to submit resignation. Here many clients are going from datavail but no new client is joining. They will call you block the access of your laptop abruptly.

...upportive. HR policy is waste. Pathetic Admin Unnecessary Infosec intervation. Salary and other reimbursement are not as per market standards. No pick and drop. Bad food quality in night shift. Limited parking.

Worst place to work in, no work life balance, no proper increment/appraisal/ promotion, no one is ready to hear employee issue/ grievances. Too much of politics and regionalism, company is not even providing basic facilities in office such as canteen or car/bike parking!!
