Financial professional qualified, wont have any growth here Salary is too low for analyst, they won't pay allowance for first peak. Manager are very poor in managing the resources, They manage like school teacher. if you change your sitting they will question you like teacher. cafeteria is not maintained well , you can see many cockroach's in your coffee cups Work pressure is too high in peak time 12 hrs shift. Work culture is very poor. No cab for male

Promotion and salary it's not worth for hardworking employees. Not worth for women employee there is no lady mentor are there only male members are mentors and Promotion are given

It’s a nice company to work where they provide few additional allowances apart from salary.

Dislikes

There was no career development oriented programs. No programs created to enhance the employees skills. Also, the biggest concern is pay band. They provide very less compensation to the employees up to managerial levels.

Work culture is good. And festival celebration and every fun Friday celebration is cool.

Dislikes

Salary, promotion and appraisal part is very bad. And shift basis for women is very difficult to do and spoiling the health issues.

I have enjoyed so much with my team, its been a memorable period over my career. I can suggest my thoughts at any time with no politics and learnt many things both life and job. I could be able to balance my life with a small amount of remuneration and it satisfied sometimes. Appraisal has been done as per productivity wise, it seems the good management techniques. Good amount of training has been given at the joining stage is very appreciable. The half yearly outing program is very good and make me refresh over the stress. Finally and forever, I love my team.

Dislikes

Initial level salary seems poor for the analysts, and increments aren't making me happy.
