Starting with Work Ethics and Culture, it is undoubtedly the best. Work environment is another thing I would like to speak about - Above Excellent. You would not find yourself left out by anyone within the organisation starting from CEO, President of the company to Managers, team members, colleagues, HR. Everyone is there to help you out as friend. One won't feel being parted from any discussion. One is ought to find recognition and feel present in every individual occasion. (Until and unless you are not interested 😅).

The AC is always high, you will be chilling inside ------ Just kidding, Being the best organisation I have worked for, I didn't find or came up with any dislikes so far.

One of the partner was literally flirting with me frequently- and once when this was crossed beyond the boundaries I raised an issue and realised there no PoSH policy inhouse and they tried other means to defend his actions and made me stay for few months but I couldn’t continue knowing the fact that I was giving all my attention to work and my companies other stakeholders didn’t standup against how that another partner who’s childhood friend of founder behaved with me- it’s not safe for girls to work there.
