New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. In this company there is no such things to like...

Dislikes

In my tenure of 11 Months with this company, I feels like suffocated and an invisible negativity surrounded me. Too much internal politics, zero professionalism, incompetent people hold higher post by just buttering the Senior Management. No job security....any day, anytime any-where you can be terminated if you don't satisfy the management or their special people.
